There's lots of topics we need to work together on. For instance, Lindsay has informed us that her cake maker recently backed out of the deal (for good reason), and Lindsay has no room in the budget for her beautiful CAKE! Her solution was to have a cupcake buffet BUT as a part of Lindsay's gift on her big day we would like to be sure she has the most beautiful cake she deserves. We'll be searching for a bakery that can recreate the design Lindsay has provided us. We hope to make this a surprise, but we'll see how that goes...

ReplyDeleteWe need to make an appointment and do a tasting! This should be done soon. April and I (Beth) contacted LA Salle Bakery and they seemed very helpful. We'd like to try here, or anywhere else someone may suggest. Also... a fellow bride mentioned she bought her wedding cake at Konditor Meister in Boston, serving 200 people and only cost her $600.00. I know our design is a bit more elaborate but I'm hoping we can find a great option that won't leave us penniless.
